Return Policy

ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

 

All Returns and Exchanges could be done within 7 business days as long as everything is returned in its original condition and with all contents. The original receipt must accompany the returned items. The items must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.

 

After 7 days MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY MAY BE issued by the owner’s approval only.

 

Special orders, custom designs, altered and discounted items

ARE FINAL SALE

Any photographic, video, optical items, any musical and electronic/digital items are FINAL SALE.

Any tools are FINAL SALE

 

Layaways can be cancelled within 7 days. After 7 days the merchandise credit ONLY may be applied. Layaway will be cancelled for unpaid items upon open agreement.

 

Note: All Returns, Exchanges and Layaways cancellations are subject to 20% restocking fees.

 

Consignments: The Agreement can be cancelled at any time by the Consignee (Shnayder Jewelry & Pawn Brokers). The Consignor may also cancel an agreement at anytime unless the item is on hold by paying 20% restocking fee to Consignee. The consignee is not responsible for the condition of perishable goods given to Consignee for reselling. Consignment agreement and a valid state or federal identification must be presented by the Consignor at all times. Fifty dollars charge will be applied for the lost agreement.

 

All credit/debit card transactions are subject to 3.0% transaction fees.
